Information Processed by the AI Agent

The Dymnd AI Agent is powered by a large language model provided by Google's Gemini service. When you interact with our AI Agent, your queries, prompts, and the context of the conversation are sent to the Gemini API for processing. This data is used to generate a relevant response back to you. The content of your interactions is sent to Gemini without your personally identifiable information (like your name or email) attached.

 

How Gemini Processes Data: We understand that Google's use of data through the Gemini API is governed by their terms, which generally state that they do not use data submitted by API customers to train their large language models unless you opt-in to do so. We rely on these contractual commitments to protect your data. However, for security, monitoring, and debugging, certain data may be retained by Google for a limited period.

 

Security and Anonymization: We implement technical safeguards and may anonymize or aggregate data where feasible before sending it to the AI Agent to limit the exposure of personally identifiable information.
